Charlotte, NC – Verian, the leader in helping businesses achieve world class cost control, has signed the premier national credit union serving the technology industry, founded over a half-century ago.
The new credit union client is headquartered in the San Francisco Bay area of California, and provides a full array of financial services to nearly 350,000 members, delivered from over 30 locations nationwide.
The credit union serves employees of the world’s most forward-thinking technology companies, including HP, Microsoft, Agilent Technologies, Amazon, Cisco, and many more. The credit union is federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration.
The Verian team collaborated closely with credit union decision makers and stakeholders throughout the contracting process, delivering RFx responses, conducting software demos, producing a detailed Statement of Work (SOW), and providing important overall support.
The credit union will use Verian’s cloud-based purchase to pay software solutions primarily to integrate and centralize procurement processes, creating seamless and paperless workflow throughout their Purchasing and Accounts Payable operations.
In addition to streamlining purchasing and AP, Verian will help the credit union achieve a number of other objectives, such as:

- Encouraging user adoption through an intuitive user interface and executive dashboards
